FOOPE strictly adheres to the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) standards. This means that all our product resellers must adhere to this standard and offer no permanent RRP(Recommended Retail Price) discount. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to the termination of our agreement and your account.

Except under written agreement, all approved retailers are only permitted to sell FOOPE products on the approved online store or physical store and no wholesaling is allowed. We do not approve our product sales on any third-party e-commerce sites such as Amazon, Jumai or Kijiji, or by in-home demonstrations and private events. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to the termination of our agreement and your account.

To sell FOOPE products, retailers must have a registered and valid business number.

We guarantee all of our products are of great quality, free of defects and faults, and adhere to local regulations. In the unusual case that you receive a defective product, please email us at myorders@foopefragrances.com within 3 business after receiving your order and we will make it right. Please note that all wholesale orders are considered final sale, and no returns will be accepted unless goods are faulty.

We ship locally via Canada Post and internationally via UPS and charge a minimal flat fee of C$25 + HST per wholesale order. We work with our logistics partners to ensure orders are delivered in a timely order. Local order delivery takes 1-5 business days while international orders could take up to 10 business days depending on location. Please note that fragrances are considered dangerous goods, hence express delivery is not available.

Once we receive and confirm your order, we process and ship it within 1-3 business days. For all new accounts, we require full payment before the product ships. Subsequent orders have a payment term of Net 30. For all international accounts, we ship your product once we receive full payment for your order. No credit terms are available for international retailers.

We have a minimum opening order that will be made available post expression of interest.

Each fragrance comes packaged with 1 x30ml EDT + 1 x 2.5ml testers of our other fragrances.
