Shipping is free on all orders.
As soon as we receive your order, our team jumps into action to carefully and correctly package your order with all the love that Foope has to offer, plus more. We do our best to process your order within 36 hours and off it goes through our logistics partners, Canada Post, Fedex or UPS for final delivery.
You can expect to receive your order safely and in your hands within 2-8 business days*. If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer local delivery at a flat fee.From the moment you place an order to delivery, we communicate updates on your order via email or text messages provided for the order.
At any time, you can track your order on our website with your order number or tracking number provided to you. Although we require a signature on delivery, due to current COVID-19 limitations this is at the discretion of the Canada Post or UPS’s delivery driver and they may decide to leave your package in a safe place or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home**
Our goal is always to ensure that you order delivery is hitch-free; however, we recognize that incidents happen and errors occur
during the shipping and delivery process. That is why we offer shipping protection to provide you a better experience and to ensure we remove any uncontrollable factors during the shipping process. At checkout, you will have option to choose protected or un-protected coverage by adding or removing the shipping protection by de-selecting the check box located on the order summary.
When you opt out of shipping protection, your order will not qualify for compensation for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
You must report claims for all damaged, lost, and stolen packages within 1 business days from when the tracking states "delivered" or
from the last time the tracking updated. If you wish to submit a claim, we shall need up to 5 business days to process your claim. Please note that original shipping charges are ineligible for a refund.

**Please note: We use a signature required delivery to ensure you receive your package safely. However, if you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.
Your order will arrive depending on the type of delivery option you selected at the time of checkout. For free shipping checkout, we send packages through Canada Post or UPS standard service which may take between 2-8 business days to deliver to you.

At this time, we only ship domestically in Canada, US and UK. We are currently working on expanding to other regions in the coming months.
All of our Foope products are shipped right here in Canada which means you don't have to stress about any customs fees. For international orders, you may be charged a fee by local custom authorities.
Yes, your trial begins after your package is delivered.
All of our fragrances are made from ethically sourced and sustainable ingredients that are free of toxic chemicals - clean, vegan and cruelty-free. We manufacture our product right here in Canada. You can find a full list of our ingredients here.
All of our fragrances are vegan and never tested on animals and we've been certified by Leaping Bunny as Cruelty-free.
We take pride in the eco-conscious nature of our experiential packaging. Once we receive your order, our team places your fragrances in our recyclable box, with information about each fragrance and ingredients, and a custom handwritten note from our founders.
Because fragrances on skin work differently for everyone, this will vary. You can expect to have our fragrances last from 8 - 16hrs depending on the signature.
We continue to monitor our stock levels to ensure you can always have your favourite fragrance. When we do run out of stock, you have the option to drop us your contact info so we can send you a quick note as soon as we restock.
This may occur if a certain product is out of stock or not available in your region.

Yes, all of our fragrances are giftable. Visit the link here to select a fragrance and add your desired note.
No. We operate as an e-commerce store so we can take the store savings to continue to bring you better quality and affordable fragrances.
Our fragrance bottle, cap and sprayer system are all recyclable.
Try before you buy Program
This Try Before You Buy program allows you to try out the best of our creation for uptown 5 days at your convenience and with no upfront payment, before you make a buying decision. You can touch and feel the products, and automatically charged for the ones you keep. This service is powered by Blackart. You can learn more about the program here.
Most of our products are available for trial. You will find products that are available in the program have a "Try it Now" option next to the "Buy Now" on the product pages or checkout.
You can only request one product per category per order. For example, you can request one luxury fragrance and one candle set for a single order. The maximum Cart value can not exceed $200 per customer.
When you request a Try Before Your Buy, we do not require an upfront payment. However, you do have to provide a valid payment method during checkout. The good thing is, you do not have to worry about pre-authorized holds or credit checks on your card.
Shipping is free under this program. We only charge a small restocking fee of C$39 if the order is returned without any purchase.
Now that you've tried out the fragrances and want to keep them, first we say thank you for falling in love with our fragrances.
Next, if you decide to keep all or some of the fragrances, we automatically charge your Card for the ones you keep. Here's breakdown of what you will pay.

No. While all of the products under the Cop n Drop program are excluded from discount promotions, you can however apply your discount coupon directly when we choose to "buy now"
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we do. Because of the lingering effects of Covid 19, all of our products are final sale. In the rare case that your product is damaged in transit, contact us immediately after you receive your package and we will make things right.
However, returns are available under the Try Before You Buy program. To start a return, you can contact us or visit foopefragrances.com/pages/returns to begin. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For a Try Before You Buy order, you have up to 5 days after your order is delivered to you to drop off your return at the nearest Canada Post, UPS or FedEx location.

To initiate a return, you can contact us or visit foopefragrances.com/pages/returns to begin. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you print out the return label we sent to you via email, you will pack all the products you want to return in Foope's original packaging. Seal the package up with adhesive tape and place the return label clearly at the top of the box. Now, it is ready to be dropped off at the nearest assigned post office.
When we send you a return slip, we will indicate which carrier we've used to process your return order. You can also find that information on the returns slip we send to you. For Canadian orders, drop off the nearest Canadapost.

We accept most traditional payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Google Play, and Apple pay payments.
At checkout, you will see a section where you can add your discount code for your order.
We use Canadian dollars for the store by default. If you visit the site from the US, you get the option to see shop the store in US$.
Our eGift Cards are available only on our website. Click here to access our range of cards.
At checkout, add your contact's email address or phone number with a note, and we will send your desired cards over.
